Enjoy coastal living on this lovely and serene 2 acre parcel. It is located in the private and small gated community of The Wayward Wind Estates. As you enter thru the gate into this magical setting with picturesque views, you will see a few small lakes and when you arrive at the top of the hill there is a cleared home building site. This lot offers fantastic ocean views to the west and wooded, forested, lake views to the east. Some tree maintenance to protect your views is allowed. The ocean is just a short walk away using the owners-only path to access walking to the beach. Be sure to plan a visit to NW Lotus Lake Dr if you are wanting to build at the coast. Enjoy the smaller community of Waldport or just 20 minutes north to Newport for bigger city needs.
